Obituary of Joe Ed Ezell, Jr.
Please share a memory of Joe to include in a keepsake book for family and friends.
Joe Ed Ezell Jr. was born in Saginaw, Michigan, to his father, Joe Ezell Sr. and mother, Mildred (Bradley) Ezell on March 2, 1955.
Joe was an intelligent, strong willed, hardworking, no-nonsense type of man. A sharp dressed man with a charisma that was unmatched. He had an intimidating exterior that you could feel as soon as he walked into the room. But to know him was to love him. Despite all the strength of his hard outer shell, he had a pure heart. He truly loved his family & was thankful for the friends he had made throughout his life. Joe enjoyed fishing & spending time with family. We will forever be grateful for the memories we have of him.
Left to cherish his life is his beloved mother, Mildred Ezell; his children, Jeremy (Nikki) Hoyt, Jwan Hoyt & Joe (Corinne) Ezell lll; his grandchildren, Xavior J, Xa’ya Ray, Justyce, Princess, Haromni, Nevaeh, Jwan Jr, Taylor, Payton, Morgan, Madison & great grandson Laken; his sisters, Tanita Ezell, Teresa (Rosevelt) Prince & Joanna Martin; his Brothers, Arthur Ezell, Jeff Ezell & Mitchell Ezell; and his many cousins, nieces, and nephews whom he loved all very much.
Joe was preceded in death by his father, Joe Ed Ezell Sr., and two of his beloved sisters, Laura Ezell and Michelle Ezell.
Special thank you to his medical team at McLaren Hospital in Flint, MI & to everyone who has sent condolences & prayers.
