Jacob “Jake” Lieber, age 94, of Millington, MI passed away on Sunday, May 30, 2021, at the VA Medical Center in Saginaw, MI. He was born April 16, 1927, to the late Nick and Eva (Wilhelm) Lieber of Twining, MI.
Jake was a Marine Veteran and served in WWII. After the war, he attended General Motors Institute of Technology and worked as a machinist for General Motors in Saginaw, MI. He retired after 30 years of service.
Jacob married Kathleen Hauger on December 27, 1952. They shared 58 years together before Kathleen passed on November 6, 2011.
He is survived by Jacob (Diann) Lieber II, David (Kellie) Lieber, Annette Adams, Kathleen Bodeis, Teresa Lieber, Mark (Dianne) Lieber, Mary Lieber, Pauline Lieber (Keith Brooks); 60 grandchildren, and great grandchildren. He was preceded in death by son, Richard Lieber.
