Obituary of George Edward Jacobs

George E. Jacobs, age 43, passed away unexpectedly on Saturday June 19, 2021. He was born August 9, 1977, in Sandusky to William R. Jacobs II and Frances K. Brockitt. George grew up in Sandusky, Michigan and made his home in Snover, Michigan. He spent his years working on homes and loving his family. However, he was most proud of being a father, and never missed an opportunity to play with the kids. He could be found chasing after a loved one outside or tickling the grandkids until red in the face. You could say he was kid at heart and a true friend to anyone in need. George will be always be remembered for his boisterous laugh that filled each and every room, and having the energetic & teasing spirit that we will all deeply and fully miss. George will be greatly missed by his family and friends. He is survived by his parents, William R. Jacobs II and Elena Jacobs of Sandusky; his siblings, William R. Jacobs III (Kerrey A McCarthy), Ronald Holloway, Anna Anderson, Jennifer Jacobs, Louise Thompson and Leonard Jacobs. He will be missed the most by his four children, Bianka, Zachary, Jorge, and Mia Mya; his beautiful grandchildren, Aliannah, Maci, Athena, Anola, and Fabian; and not forgetting the many beloved nieces, nephews, cousins, and many friends. George was preceded in death by his mother, Frances K. Brockitt and his nephew, James Compo. A Remembrance Gathering will be held at 1:00 pm, Saturday, July 3, 2021 at Snover Memorial Park.
