Suzy's family and mine were very close. We children were all paired with another age mate in the two families. My Susy and Suzy were paired. I always admired her red, red hair. I was paired with her older brother, Herbie. After he and I, there was the brother, Billy, who unfortunately had no child to pair with. I wish that we had all been nicer to Billy and included him more in our many, many games. I've enjoyed all of the pictures now of the two Suzy's playing together - in the trees, in the fields.
