Richard, age 67, passed away Thursday, July 13, 2023.  He was born in Bay City, Michigan on March 22, 1956 to Richard A. and Frances Collet (Payne) Miller. He was a 1974 graduate of John Glenn High School and married Shelley Greenleaf in Bay City on August 4, 1984, and she survives him.  He was an Industrial Gas Service Tech with Consumers Energy prior to his retirement.

He is survived by Shelley, his wife of 38 years; three children, Christopher (Heather) Miller of Grand Blanc, Steve (Kristi) Miller of Filion, and Heather (Tommy) Hoff of Royal Oak; eight grandchildren, Christopher, Brady, Johnathan, Tanner, Oaklee, Brantley, Thomas, and Xander; sister, Karen (Jerry) LaLone of Midland; a brother, Dan (Bonnie) Miller of Greenleaf WI; and many nieces and nephews.

A Memorial Gathering will be held from 11 AM – 5 PM, Wednesday, July 19, 2023, at the Hyatt Ewald Funeral Home, 700 N.
