I would often see Rose at family functions, she would always compliment me on my food dishes I would bring. My last visit with Rose was Thanksgiving. She was a very creative woman and was very excited about starting a food truck business. She shared all her ideas for it with me. I was able to honor her today by making some veggie trays, I included lotsa roses on them, in her memory. She will be missed! My mom also got to meet Rose and get to know her and they really hit it off. Mom couldn't attend the Celebration of Life for Rose today, as she was ill, but also sends her love and prayers to the family. Until we meet again, one day in Heaven...
