Obituary of George Kristoffer Skentzos

Skentzos, George Kristoffer Lansing, MI formerly of Saginaw MI George passed away Monday, August 11, 2014, age 40 years. Kristoffer was born in Saginaw Michigan on October 5, 1973 to Sandra Frey and the late George Skentzos. He married Ami Ewald on June 1, 2014 and she survives him. Kristoffer was an avid reader and loved playing music. He enjoyed collecting Star Wars memorabilia. He was a wonderful father and friend to everyone he met. In addition to his wife, Ami Ewald Skentzos and their son, Henry Ewald Skentzos, he is survived by his mother, Sandra Skentzos; two siblings, Paul Amy Skentzos and Philip Skentzos & friend Linda Martin; mother in law, Maxine Ewald Dusek; grandmother in law, Donna Kristalyn; brother in law, Kenneth Ewald, God-mother, Joyce Coulouris; several aunts, uncles, cousins, and nieces. He was predeceased by his father, George Skentzos and father in law, Kenneth Ewald. According to his wishes, cremation has taken place. A memorial service will take place at 2 PM on Saturday, August 16, 2014 at W.L. Case & Company, 4480 Mackinaw Rd., Saginaw MI. The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 12 Noon until service time.
