Obituary of Sandra Kae Carey

CAREY, SANDRA KAE 2/27/1961-12/23/2014 Weidman, Michigan Carey, Sandra Kae, a loving mother and grandmother, passed away unexpectedly on December 23, 2014 at Midland Medical Center. Sandra was 53 years old. She was born in Duluth MN. to the late Gordon Carey and Marilyn Jane Carey. Sandra was named after a Central High School cheerleader who was also their homecoming queen that year. Sandra had a great love for her family, especially her daughter and grandsons. Left behind to cherish her memory are her loving daughter, Shayla Kae MacKay(Trevor), the joy of her life, her grandson's, Calvin Moose Jr. and Dennis James Corser II. She is also survived by her brother, Ricky Carey of Duluth, MN., sister, Lynda (Andy) Fletcher of Weidman, MI, and her sister, Diana (Peter) Mets of Ann Arbor, MI. and many cousins, nieces, nephews, aunts and uncles. She was preceded in death by her parents, her step father Ray Harrison, and her daughter Shannon Corser. At Sandra's request cremation has taken place. A life celebration will take place at a later date.
