Mr. Bouchard, age 83, died Tuesday June 2, 2015 at the Aleda E. Lutz VA Medical Center. Willard was born in Tawas City on February 27, 1932 to the late Victor and Esther (Kobs) Bouchard. Willard served in the U.S. Army during the Korean War. Mr. Bouchard is survived by his wife Lois, their 4 children; Wanda (Brian) Wilson of Essexville, Delynn (Brian) Learman of Bad Axe, Kelly (Gary) Studer of Essexville and Willard Paul (Sherri) Bouchard of Tucson, AZ. Also surviving are grandchildren; Jason (Laura) Wilson, Jeremy (Stephanie) Wilson, Lindsey Learman, Brandi Studer, Seth Studer, Brenna Bouchard , Tyler Bouchard, step grandchildren; Brent, and Kim, great grandchildren; Jacob Wilson, Megan Wilson, step great grandchildren Nevaeh, and Trenton. He was preceded in death by his grandson Ryan Bouchard, his sister Norma Reinke and many brothers in law and sisters in law. A life celebration gathering will be held from 12:00 Noon until 5:00 P.M. on Saturday June 6, 2015 at the Hyatt-Ewald Funeral Home, 700 N. Monroe Street, Bay City, Michigan.
