Rick passed away May 22, 2016 at the age of 54 after a battle with cancer. He was born March 4, 1962 to Jack and Carol Decker in Bay City Michigan. He enjoyed spending time at the beach and loved to travel, especially international travel with Ricky. He had worked for both Republic and Northwest Airlines and was a flight attendant for Delta Airlines. He is survived by his husband, Ricky Garcia Decker; his mother, Carol; sister, Laurie (Mike) Niergarth; mother and father in-law, Romie and Gail Garcia; sisters in-law, Colleen (Fred) Garcia Duncan, Teri Garcia, Karen (Shawn) Garcia Barber, Kristal (Dan) Garcia Bierlein; several nieces and nephews; and special companion "Shiloh". In lieu of flowers, those planning an expression of sympathy are asked to consider windchimes. A Celebration of Life will be held from 2:00 P.M. until 5:00 P.M. on Saturday June 11, 2015 at 2512 Bala Drive, Bay City, Michigan. You are invited to bring special memories to share.
