Obituary of Barbara Jean Berg

Berg, Barbara Jean Essexville, Michigan Barbara Jean Berg, our loving Mother, Grandmother, Sister, Aunt and friend, died at McLaren Bay Region Medical Center with her family by her side on November 11, 2016. Born to Lawrence and Rosalie Kozlowski on March 18, 1941. Barbara lost her mother at the young age of 10. Her father Lawrence was remarried to Margaret who took the role of step-mother as well as wife. Barbara met the love of her life, Ronald Berg on January 17, 1959 and was married one year later on January 30, 1960. They shared 52 wonderful years of marriage when Ronald passed on July 13, 2012. Together they were blessed with two daughters, Karen Gerard and Kimberly (Edward) Rosinski and three grandchildren who meant the world to her, Christopher Anderson, Ashleigh (Brandon) Terwilliger and Ryan Anderson (long time girlfriend Krislyn Rozek) . Barbara has one sister that survives her, Patricia (Fred) Laskey, their three children and families were always very close. Barb was loved by many, especially her two bingo buddy's Patricia Anderson and Judy Deska and girls from the bank that met every month for lunch. She made the world a better place and will be forever missed. Honoring Barbara's wishes no service will be planned.
