Obituary of Grace L. Bush

Mrs. Bush, age 93, died on Saturday February 4, 2017 at the Carriage House, Bay City. Grace was born in Lapeer, Michigan on November 10, 1923 to the late Frederick and Caroline (Edwards) Kitchenmaster. She married the late Walter C. Bush at Fort Hamilton, New York on January 20, 1944. Grace has lived in Bay City since 1945. Grace was a member of Grace Church-East Campus (formerly Fremont Avenue United Methodist Church) and was a member of the UMW there. She worked at the Jones Clinic for 50 years and retired in 1983. Mrs. Bush is survived by her 2 daughters; Martha (Don) Wackerle of Bay City and Sue Ellen (James) Ware of Saratoga Springs, New York. 6 grandchildren, 11 great grandchildren also surviving are special friends Tim & Cindy Andrjezewski & Family. She was preceded in death by her 2 grandsons Benjamin Wackerle & David Gallagher, great grandson Hayden Gallagher, and brother and sister in law Reverend Charles and Marian Kitchenmaster. A Funeral Service will be held at 11:00 A.M. on Thursday February 9, 2017 at Grace Church-East Campus, 510 Fremont Avenue, Bay City. Pastor Jeff Temple will officiate with burial in Eastlawn Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends at the Hyatt-Ewald Funeral Home, Bay City on Wednesday from 2:00 P.M. until 8:00 P.M. and at the Church on Thursday from 10:00 A.M. until the time of service.
