Robert was born December 1,4 1953 in Saginaw Michigan to the late Robert H. Palmer Sr. and the late Beverly (Fyfe) Crampton., He passed away suddenly on April 26, 2017.
He is survived by his wife, Rose Marie Strecker; daughters, Kelly (Eddie) Porter, Kerrie Livingston, Amanda (Andy) Reed; 9 grandchildren; 3 great-grandchildren; two younger sisters; and an older brother.
Cremation has taken place and a Memorial Service will be held on Saturday, May 6, 2017 at 2:00 P.M. at the Christian Life Center Ministries Church in Bay City. The family will receive friends prior to the service beginning at 1:00 P.M. In lieu of flowers, those considering an expression of sympathy are asked to consider memorial contributions to the Christian Life Center Ministries Church or the Good Samaritan Rescue Mission of Bay City.
