Richard E. Torka passed away unexpectedly at his home in Rose City, MI on Sunday October 1, 2017. Richard was born October 7, 1953 in Bay City, MI to the late Edward and Dorothy (Bukowski) Torka. He enjoyed working on cars in his spare time. Surviving him are two children Richard Torka II and Angelia Holvey; his siblings, John Torka, Dolores Kerr and Terry Torka; grandchildren, Johnathan, Matthew and Damian. Also, he leaves behind nieces Dolores (Andy) Lock and Jennie Torka; nephews David and Danny (Debra) Kerr; and great nieces Dorothy Estep Torka and Samantha (Robert) Hunt, Alexa and Kelsey Kerr; nephews Michael and Nick Lock, David Kerr; and many cousins.
