Helen passed away on Wednesday, January 10, 2018, at the age of 84. She was born on October 21, 1933 in Flanagan, Illinois.
Helen was an active person, serving on the Bay Osteopathic Auxiliary, Bay City Tree Committee and McKinley Avenue Association, was a den mother for a Cub Scout pack, and was also active in the Bay County Republican Party. She loved playing Duplicate Bridge in her free time.
She is survived by her sons Edward (Kathy), Andrew, and Robert (Jan Miner); four granddaughters; sister, Norma Lou Scarce; and her friends Kay and Shirley. She was predeceased by her husband Dr. Edward R. Woods, and her sisters Sue Horton and Donna Schramm. A private service was held.
