Derrick, age 58, passed away Sunday, April 28, 2019. He was born March 21, 1961 in New Jersey to the late William Jenkins and Betty (Archer) Frost.
He is survived by his life partner, Doreen Lowe; children, Jacob McNeill, Ashley Jenkins, Ashton Fuller, Joseph McNeill; Doreen's children, Quest Lowe, Kalynn Lowe, Emmanuel Lowe; siblings, Toria Jenkins, Kayla Archer, & Gandi Frost; aunts and uncles, Allan (Elizabeth) Archer, Burnell (Namon) Smith, Russell (Margaret) Davis, Alinda Davis, & Laura Frankel.
He was predeceased by his sister, Ellen Jenkins; aunts and uncles, George Archer & Leroy Davis; and grandparents, Irby Davis, Daisy Davis, and George Archer.
