I was saddened today to learn of the passing of a friend and co worker from days gone by. We spent a number of years working together at Bay Medical and the day was always bright when she was around. I appreciated her talent in art and still hang my little kitchen witch at Halloween and my little cupid at Valentines day and remember her fondly. May God comfort you with good memories of this fun lady.

Melissa and Dick were my fun-loving and helpful neighbors in Charlevoix. They made late afternoon socializing by Leo's Shack a must. Melissa was a dear neighbor. I am so sorry for your loss.

I will always cherish my memories of your mother, Mrs. Janke ( to me). When I would come home from college on the weekends, she would welcome me like family into your house on Green Street. She fed me at her dinner table and allowed me to stay. She had created a beautiful home with her decorating expertise. I can still hear her infectious giggle today. I will miss that. Sending prayers and sympathy to her loving family.

Janke Family:
So sorry to hear about your mom. One of my handful of mothers from the neighborhood that always kept us in line. She was a strong and independent woman who spoke her mind. A trait which I admired. The gals of the neighborhood sure knew how to have a good time. There's a party going on in heaven right now with the old gang. We will be praying for all of you.
