Deepest sympathy on the loss of Fred. I and my twin sister, Pam, went to school with Fred in the Shields School system. I remember Fred as a funny, kind and caring kid. He always had a smile on his face and he was ready to help anyone at any time- he really was a special person. My prayers for his family for peace and comfort.
