I don't think many people understand the reasons why you and I barely knew each other. Heck, I barely know the reasons myself. I think a little of it had to do with confusion and fear. I was only about 6 when mom died and I stopped seeing you at the bus stop. I was sent to live with whom I would grow to love as my "new" mom and dad and being so little I quickly blocked a lot from my memories. Aunt Margarett did reunite us one time several years ago, however she was taken from us too early to keep the reunions going and once again I moved on because I was afraid to get to know you. With all that said, I loved you. There is only two reasons that I am even here writing this right now and that would be you and my mother and for that you will always be in my heart. I only wish I could have been here 10 years earlier so that I could have known you through the good times that you had with mom. I know that you did the very best that you could do. Your soul is free now to live on and be clear of any sickness. Rest In Heaven. You will truly be missed by many!
~Sara, your daughter

My heart is so sad on the loss of Uncle Richard. He was a big part of my childhood. He wasn't blood but he was family to me. Every time I spoke of him it always reminded me of fun, singing, laughing and good talks, and the kool-aid kid! :) love you Uncle Richard!

Condolences to Richie's family, he was a great friend. He saved my life so many years ago, him and Doc. I regret not staying in touch, but we never know till it is too late. I am glad for the years we share in the family, not many of us left. R.I.P My Friend
