Obituary of Carol M. Vecchitto

Carol (Reese) Vecchitto of Midland, Michigan passed away peacefully in her home at the age of 64 on Monday, October 14, 2019. She was born April 27th, 1955 in Saginaw Michigan. Carol was a long time para professional at Floyd Elementary in Midland, Michigan. She was an avid member of the Faith Wesleyan Church in Midland, Michigan for many years. She was also an avid member of Eaton Rapids Campmeeting for many years, where she volunteered her time. She was the number one Detroit Tigers fan, and hardly ever missed a televised game. Her greatest passion of all was spending time with her grandchildren and family. Carol was predeceased by her parents William II and Elinor Reese of Saint Charles, MI, her brother William Reese III of St Charles, MI, her Sister Gena Atkins, of St Charles, MI, and her loving husband Michael Vecchitto of Midland, MI. Carol is survived by her children; James (LeeAnn) Reese of Midland, MI, Joshua Reese of Midland, MI, Justin Kelley of Midland, MI, and Jessica (Nicholas) Lauf of Midland, MI. She is also survived by her eight grandchildren; Alison Moore, Corbin Reese, Bertram Lauf, Jocelyn Reese, Hayden LaFrancis, Kaylee Lauf, Konnor Lauf, and Brentlee Lauf and her sister Linda Benavidez, of Saginaw MI. Carol's family invites you to join them in celebrating her life at 11:00 A.M. on Saturday October 19th, 2019, at Faith Wesleyan Church, 654 South Meridian Road, Midland, Michigan. Pastor Kory R. Chesser will officiate. Carol's family will receive friends at the church on Saturday from 10:00 A.M. until the time of service at 11:00 A.M. Flowers may be sent to Faith Wesleyan Church on Saturday from 9:00 A.M. until the time of service.
